Position Title: Sales Support Co-ordinator
Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales to establish excellent customer service,
  • Communicate and liaise verbally or in writing within and outside the organization to make appointment, schedule meetings, collect information for salesperson,
  • Assist and follow up with customers in handling enquiries, order, changes and complaints,
  • Assist in preparing costing sheet and follow up of GST exemption documentation with customers,
  • Issue of delivery requisition and tracking delivery progress to customers,
  • Handle all documentation and processing of LCs,
  • Maintain accurate and easy retrievable filing system,
  • Other administrative duties as delegated by your mentor, superior,
  • To conduct periodic review of related quality procedure and identify area for continuous improvement  
Requirements:
  • ITE/Diploma
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • 2-5 years working experience
